3. The processing of the data referred to in point 1, is mandatory and essential for the purpose of the execution of the assignments and contractual relationships. Any refusal to provide the data themselves and to their processing may result in the impossibility of carrying out the same contractual relationships. Failure to provide, on the other hand, all data that are not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated, on a case-by-case basis, by the Writer and will result in consequences commensurate with the importance of the data requested for the management of the relationship.
4. Data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also subsequently for the fulfillment of legal regulations and for commercial purposes.
5. The data controller is WhySecurity Srl with headquarters in Novara (NO), Via del Carmine – 1/A – 28100 – P.IVA 03404340543, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative. The data may be processed at the company’s head office or at the offices of tax consultants, as well as at any other professionals, to whom the mandate has been given for the processing of accounting and anything else of competence.

Personal data are processed as part of the normal activity of the company WhySecurity Srl for business and administrative-accounting purposes:

Customer management (administration of customers, administration of contracts, orders and invoices, control of reliability and solvency, carrying out the activity of televigilance referred to in Article 134 TULPS)
Supplier management (administration of suppliers administration of contracts, orders, invoices, selection in relation to the needs of the enterprise, performance of the televigilance activity referred to in Article 134 TULPS)
Legal and economic treatment of personnel
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed
Companies or external persons who carry out activities closely related and instrumental to the management of the business relationship such as:

consultants and freelance professionals, both individual and associated

Retention period
Personal data will be kept for a maximum duration of 10 years and/or until the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
Sensitive data for the performance of the televigilance activity referred to in Article 134 TULPS will be kept for the duration indicated in the individual contracts entered into with clients.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and if so, he or she has the right to:
to obtain access to personal data, to request the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him/her and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller (data portability);
be informed of the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling;
if expressed withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
file a complaint with the supervisory authority;
Nature of data and consequence of non-disclosure
Without the processing and communication of data of a mandatory nature for the described purposes, the services and/or products requested, in whole or in part, cannot be provided to the data subject.
